Melt about 2 tbsp butter in sauce pan on med-high heat.
Once you've browned your tofu to desired state, remove from heat. On a plate, place a few handfuls of spinach to cover it fully. Pour tofu and sauce over spinach. Garish with little splashes of yogurt. After emptying the pan, you can fry up some chopped green onions as an added flavor and garnish. Enjoy!
