Worst week yet....Endometriosis

Earlier this week, on Monday, I started my regular period with-in my 28 day cycle. I am usually 7 days long, and pretty consistent month to month. This month, when I started on Monday, I was in alot of pain as usual, and I had begun using a new form of medical marijuana, called Canna Caps and CBD Caps. These capsules were said to have been quite strong, and that they WILL work for me. At home, I was taking these capsules, almost every hour and a half, for about 7 hours that day, and NOTHING! I was still in agonizing pain, and my husband said he couldn't see any signs at all of me being high or anything, I was just wailing and crying in so much pain. The next day of course was even worse, I had taken so many capsules by now, and smoked enough joints and vapor smokes to knock out a Clydesdale horse my husband said. Yet still nothing. On Tuesday, there was a short brief amount of time where my husband left me alone for a few minutes to go get something....I had to crawl to the other end of the apartment to find my phone and call him! I got ahold of him and told him I need him home now! I'm not okay and something is really wrong, please come get me and take me to the ER. He raced home, and when he got to me, I was in so much pain by now that he couldn't even move me, not along touch me.....it was horrible. Finally he called his buddy, and got him to bring by to Perks for me to take, so I could eventually get to the car. After about 15-20 minutes, the perks had kicked in enough for him to help me to my feet, and then he half carried me to the van, and we got to the ER asap. Once we had parked, my husband came around to my side, and then proceeded to carry me into the ER, where a nurse quickly got me a wheelchair, and then I was immediately slipped through everyone, and seen right away by a nurse, then a doctor, and then quickly put onto an IV drip with Morphine and Gravol. The doctor was concerned it was either PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease) or and Ectopic Pregnancy....both were ruled out with-in the first 4 hours. Later they gave me something else for pain that was stronger than Morphine, called Doxalin or something like that .... I can't remember exactly. The doctor's finally guess and conclusion was that its most likely that one or more of my already known-about cysts I have inside me may have been hemorrhaging and causing internal bleeding which in turn would cause severe stabbing pains as I was describing the doctor stated. After a total of just over 6 hours in the ER, my husband took me home, all doped up on narcotics now. I went home and slept as long as a could. I also threw up a few times too, once at the hospital right before being discharged, and once at home that night. Then again I threw up in the morning, and then ate an apple and drank some water and I took 1 perk and 1 gravol. By the afternoon, I threw up again. Still in a bit of pain, but not anywhere near Monday's pain level. I went to see my gyno a few days after all this went down, and all he said was " Let's put you on Lupron". He barely cared at all, about all I had just gone through, plus I was tearing up at the appointment, very emotional, and again, that didn't really phase him either. He just seemed to care about getting me on a drug plan that he will make money from me.....didn't seem caring or concerned at all. My husband and I sitting there, even told him that we are trying and have been trying for a while to get pregnant, and still he wanted to put me on something to halt my chances of getting pregnant. He said this Lupron will take away my period the first month, and everything will just go away eventually. I beg to differ, but if it was that easy, how come everyone isn't doing it? I mean everyone by the 1in10 women who have Endometriosis.....I feel that he grouped me in with all the other women, and disregarded the fact that each Endo case is different from the next. Mine being very severe, stage 4, 2 surgeries so far, and many cysts have been spotted and reported recently from Jan/2016 to now. I have an appointment tomorrow with my husband for a fertility clinic in Mississauga, and hopefully they will be more caring and positive towards our future goals and parents.

We both want a child very much, and hearing about Lupron was not very encouraging. Hopefully this new clinic has something better for us to digest and cope with, rather than Lupron and all the side-effects that come with it.
