Another Period...

So I started my period on Saturday night, at a Christmas party, half way through dinner. I was kinda of nervous as I had nothing with me for protection. No tampons or pads in my little clutch. :P Thankfully we only stayed another hour, and I made it home okay before leaking in my beautiful satin black dress I had on. Before I went to the bathroom and noticed I had started that night....I was experiencing massive upper stomach pain and tension...and I couldn't eat at all, I was just drinking some red wine to help relax me. I also felt very bloated too and wasn't sure why as I hadn't eatin yet. It all made sense though once I was aware I had started my period, a few days early actually. Once we got home, I was in alot more pain down lower too (traveling in a cold vehicle and getting in and out was hard for me at that point)...but was finally home and was able to start smoking weed to feel better. It took almost half an hour to calm my pain down to the point where I could tolerate it better. The next day I was in more pain, but it spreads in weird ways. For example, when I have such excruciating pain in my pelvis area and lower abdomen, I also experience thigh and leg paralysis it feels like....basically my legs throb and hurt so bad I can hardly walk. This usually gets more tolerable by day 3 or 4 of my period and I can get up and around a little better. One thing I actually wanted to mention today, is I heard of a condition I think I may have, and maybe you do too if you're reading this and have endo, and these other symptoms too. Basically I have been having long lasting bloating pains for no reason really, and I feel very blocked up alot of the time, and its very hard for me to have normal and regular bowel movements. I remember a few years ago during each of my periods, I would get so flushed out and empty of my bowels - almost to the point of diarrhea each time. However now, its not the same anymore. Now I feel more blocked up during my periods, and its way harder for me to go enough each day to be normal. It feels like a huge rock is inside me and not moving. Even if I try to go and force a push a little....nothing happens. Almost like I am paralyzed inside. So the thing I wanted to tell you about, is a condition called Gastroparesis. Its a condition in which the spontaneous movement of the muscles (mobility) in your stomach does not function normally. Read up on it more if you think you could have it, as I'm doing as well, I think I have that too, maybe from endo or my surgeries. Anyhow, take care all, thank you for reading my stories....Cheers to you all for being you.
